Albany NY Fitness has the professionalism and knowledge about fitness and nutrition that you don’t see in other gyms. They care about your personal goals. Your are not just another no name person going to the gym. They help you gain strength, flexibility, confidence and results. My pants are looser. Not only people at work has noticed the difference since I started going to Albany NY Fitness but my husband has been noticing the results as well

If fitness and weight loss is what you're looking for then Albany NY Fitness is the place you need to be! Their experienced and dedicated trainers can work with any type of client and get them the results they want. They offer a great variety of services too, from 1on1 personal training, to small group training, to bootcamp style training. you owe it to yourself, for your health and fitness sake, to give these guys a try!

I've been training with Alan for just under a year now. I've lost 40#, look great, feel great, and have more energy than ever. The workouts always change and I never get bored ... just sore. I love every grueling minute of it.

If your looking for personal training in albany i think Albany NY Fitness is by far the best place to go. Very attentive to clients individual needs and goals. Before i started i didnt know anything about fitness albany ny fitness helped me feel more comfortable using what i learned on my own. I highly recommend Albany NY Fitness
