Christina the hygienist is cool and friendly but the dentist, Andrew was unprofessional and unsanitary. As I was laying on my back waiting for the procedure, he coughed in my direction twice and was spitting when he talked. He also stopped and played a movie on his laptop while working on me and  kept quoting movie lines, and I heard the movie say the N word. Extremely offensive and inappropriate for a dentist office.

I love this dentist. Was always afraid of dentist. I had my top teeth pulled here last year and got my top dentures. Went back this year had my bottom teeth removed and just got my bottom dentures. I love my teeth and my smile now. My boyfriend just had all his teeth pulled and is starting the process of getting top and bottom dentures. Boyfriend is a bleeder and Dr Andrews was amazing with him. I highly recommend him to all my friends.

He removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth. The nitrous oxide I was hooked up to was EMPTY. The nurse thought I was lying when I said I wasn't feeling calmer (I was going into a panic attack). They hooked me up to a tank that was full. I then got 6-8 shots of novacane and the dr Andrews started the procedure. He essentially wiggled the teeth out of my head, used excessive force when pushed my jaw down. He complained that I wasn't opening up my jaw very much (if he pushed down any harder I'm sure I would have had an injury to my jaw). He took me off of the nitrous when he pulled the first two and moved to the bottom. The left side was attached to the gum still and instead of cutting it out he yanked it out. I was in immense pain for over 2 weeks. I had to take off work for the same amount of time because my jaw hurt so bad. My mom was with the entire time and she felt sorry for me. I left in a cold sweat and crying. 

GO DOWN THE STREET TO OSWEGO COMMONS FAMILY DENTAL!!!!!! They are so much nicer and you wont be disappointed. That's where went for my husband's dental surgery and we were not disappointed!

I left school early to be to my appointment on time and I was left waiting for over an hour after my appointment started. Also, the whole time I was there, all I could hear was one of the dentists coughing and hacking in a way that did not sound good at all...he definitely should not have been working on people's teeth.

Horrible dentist. First of all credit where credit is deserved, Christina the hygenist was great, very thorough and very nice. But Dr. Andrews is horrible, very growse, kept hackering up stuff, went to the bathroom didnot wash his hands, how do I know? Because he flushed the toilet and walked right out and proceeded to look at my daughters teeth and had white stuff all over his hands. He only looked at hers because there were concerns but didnt look at mine or my sons. Lastly the office is filthy. Dust all over and there were tooth pieces on the dental chair by the floor. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT HERE, WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
