I've been going to Dr. Villa for years, and she is wonderful - as is the front desk staff and the hygienists. The office is extremely clean, and the staff always pleasant and professional.

I became a new patient of Dr. Milazzo's quite recently (he was highly recommended by a local Periodontist whom I have great respect for,) and from the first time I connected with his office, it has been a GREAT experience from start to finish. I first spoke to Theresa on the phone a few weeks ago, and she was remarkably cordial and patient with me during our call. Talk about making a good first impression... Then last week I had my first appt., which was primarily a consultation, but which ended up including a proper evaluation of a problem area I was having with a few teeth. Literally everyone I met on my first visit, from the front office staff, to Ann the Dental Asst., were incredibly friendly and kind. Due to several bad previous dental experiences, I freely admit I am a big baby when it comes to dental work, and I need as much TLC as possible during even minor procedures. Given that context, I had some decay addressed by Dr. Milazzo yesterday, and it ended up being a bit more extensive than we anticipated. As a result, I was in the chair for an hour or so, and it was no picnic. That notwithstanding, Dr. Milazzo was very compassionate (as was his Asst. Julie,) and he demonstrated a skill set that gave me great confidence in choosing him for all of my future general dentistry needs. He has a wonderful chair-side manner, and never seemed rushed despite my long-winded questions. So far so good, but based on my early experiences, I believe I found a top notch practice with Dr. Milazzo, and his crew. I highly recommend Dr. Milazzo to anyone looking for a new Dentist in the Oswego/Aurora area.

I never thought I'd use the work wonderful when speaking about a trip to the dentist, but I honestly had a wonderful experience! The front desk staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The technician was kind and explained everything as she was doing it and what to expect during the visit. Dr. MacDonald was awesome! He was very friendly and professional. I knew as soon as I sat in his chair that I was in good hands. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and what he saw in a way that was understandable to the average person and was very meticulous in his work. I left the office very comfortable and confident that my teeth were in good hands!
