I have been searching for a great dental practice for awhile and was getting fed up with half ass appointments and rude office manners. Now at Oswego Commons Family Dental I haven't been happier! The customer service is warm, welcoming and professional. The staff are super patient with the kids (VERY important). We just had our first appointment with my four year old and it could not have gone better! So impressed, our dental hygienist took all the worry out of the visit! Even for me! Lol thank you and so glad we have a permanent practice to call ours!

I'm so impressed with my experience here! I've always had pretty severe anxiety about dental visits, but my hygienist Lisa was so wonderful!  She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through everything she was doing to help put me at ease.  The doctor and his assistant always checked in with me while they fixed an old filling, and it really helped make the experience a positive one.  I already scheduled my 6 month, and I'm looking forward to it for the first time ever!

Always dislike going to dentists, these guys explain, give options and preform almost pain free. Normally I go if I have a problem, now I do more preventative treatments. Highly recommend.

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. I have severe hospilization grade anxiety. I have major health issues. I have a fixed income. These people took all odmf that information and looked at me..... A person. They deemed what I needed , broke it down for me, told me what was medically necessary when we couldn't get it all done affordable.  Last. They made me feel so comfortable.  They spoke to me not at me.  They comforted me and never made me feel like I was wasting their time.  They found me every option, discount and begged to make sure I had what I needed to not be sick.  The best part is afterwards they called me. Not to sell me stuff or tell me come get the rest done but to genuinely ask me how I am doing. They really really care. They made sure I didn't have any questions and they asked me if I needed anything and they made sure I was following my aftercare properly in a nice we care about you way not a snotty way. I actually am looking forward to my annual visit with Dr Young and his staff. From reception to hygienist to tech to doctor, you will be treated like you matter, not like a number. Thank you guys. Not running a fever and actually seeing my cheekbones is an amazing thing.

So happy I came here! I had put off going to the dentist for 4 years, and was expecting the worst! Not only were they so nice, but Lisa (my hygienist) walked me through everything that I needed to get me back on track for healthy teeth. After X-rays and a necessary deep-cleaning, I am back on track...thank you so much.
