Visited the deli for sandwiches.  They were out of most of the popular bread and didn't seem interested in taking any off of the shelf.  I settled for fried chicken.  They have an excellent staff in the pharmacy.

Great variety of produce and goods.  Most of the associates appear friendly and are eager to assist with questions. Linked-automated coupons make checkout a breeze.

The store is newly remodeled and nice, but no self check-out means you almost always have to wait in line.

Worst night of my life. I came into the store around 8PM to do a RECEIPTED return. The Customer Service desk was closed and so I had to wait in line. Only 2 registers were open and there were 2-3 people at each. I waited several minutes before getting my opportunity. The employee didn't know how to do a receipted return without my form of payment and so he paged for help. An older brunette woman with a manager override card came over for assistance. She looked at my receipt and returns and told me I had to have the card. I begged that she just do the return as I already waited in line and was having a bad night, but she said "sorry, can't do it". I went out to my car, got the card, and returned. By the time I walked back in, more people filled into line. Again, I had to wait - they made zero attempt to help me considering I was returning. For some reason, this stupid idiot woman made me write down all my information on a receipt, including all of my address, phone number, name, etc., FOR A RECEIPTED RETURN! In my personal experience, working at similar chains, the only time a person has to fill out their personal information is on a NON-receipted return. I can't help but feel she was uneducated regarding her job or had personal motives. Either way, I will never be shopping here again due to her prejudices against me. King Soopers is literally down the street and the staff there have been efficient at their jobs and consistently nice.
