I do most of my shopping here and usually receive service that exceeds my expectations, in every department EXCEPT THE DELI. Two weeks ago I ordered a substantial amount of food for an event at our business ( food for roughly 400 people), and  when I picked up the order yesterday, 12/13/2017, I was beyond disappointed. Not only was my order wrong in several specific ways, they did not call me prior to tell me of the errors, and they did not offer to correct the issue in any way. No one took ownership . The response I received from the assistant deli manager was: "Sorry, we have some staff that does not follow directions". Apparently their insubordinate staff is the customer's problem, not the store. I would NOT RECOMMEND using the King Sooper's Deli Department for catering any event that is important to you.

I shop at this location all the time. I like the employees here as they are helpful and nice. Other locations are similar, but the setup at this location seems logical compared to other locations.

This is where I do my grocery shopping.  I moved to Colorado Springs  about 3 months ago  where city market  was my store. Really like them both. Great service.

I love this king soopers except for the deli. I cannot even count how many times I have stood there waiting for someone to come help me get what I want. Just tonight I stood there for 10 minutes before a man from the seafood department came over to ask if I’ve been helped and grabbed a lady that looked at me a good 5 times!!! It’s one thing for no one to man the deli department it’s another for a deli employee to look me straight in the eyes and ignore me.
