I can say confidently that I normally would give this location 5 stars, in fact the store except the floral department normally provides exceptional customer service.  However, today I went in and ask to get a corsage made for my daughter's 1st daddy - daughter dance today. The lady w the short hair said she needs at least 24hours because she was slammed with other orders because of Valentine's Day. Ok, I totally understand that, but for the next 20 minutes I watched her and 2 other women sit flowers out on display. I rarely complain as I am in the customer service industry but to show me exceptional service would of cost her 15 minutes of her time. And her flowers on display would of still made it. Never saw her make an order...Very disappointing.

I went at 7pm on a Monday. The store is neat, clean, and well stocked.  They always have decent deals on meat. My biggest complaint is that they never staff enough cashiers. It doesn't matter what time or day I come, I always have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes to check out.

This used to be an Albertsons, since the conversion to Safeway some product locations have changed, however, they seem to have a very similar selection. The lines are a bit long for quick check out, because they now have one line for 2 registers. The pharmacy waiting area has been removed, meaning you'll likely want to call ahead of you can't stand or walk around for long. Other than those quirks it's a nice close by grocery store for several neighborhoods that seem to have a lack of local options.
