Nobody likes dealing with an unexpected mechanical issue. Nobody even likes unexpectedly paying for the repair. I have never purchased a car at Holman nor have I had my car serviced at this dealership before (until this week), however, I may start bringing my business here. From the beginning of my experience to the end, Larry and his team were efficient and kind. What started out as a horrible week truly got better. Thank you Holman for your excellent training and attention to detail. It definitely paid off!

We drove from Pittsburgh to test drive and see a vehicle that we were VERY interested in (and most likely would have purchased) ~ we had a specific appointment time with a salesman and also communicated with the manager as well, who was aware we had an appointment and they sold the vehicle and failed to contact us ( either by text or email after we had already established communication via both modes) to let us know!! We drove 6 hours (SIX HOURS) out of our area to come see this vehicle and we COMPLETELY wasted our time, gas and money to make this trip because this dealership failed to let us know the vehicle was sold! A courtesy email or text to inform us would have been greatly appreciated. VERY poor customer service and consideration given to the situation and all I was given was excuses as to why we weren't informed when I questioned them. As usual, the almighty dollar/sale is all they care about!! Hey, here's a tip ~ Don't make appointments if you can't track/follow ~up /inform the customer right away that the car is no longer for sale, instead of waiting 2 days to let them know, especially when we told you were coming from a different state!! I'm only giving 1 star because I have to give a rating to be able to post this!! I really am giving NO STARS!!! And then the manager Christopher doesn't even follow up with me and maybe offer an apology after I called to voice my unhappiness with the salesman Devon who made the appointment!! We're VERY DISGUSTED!!!!

Let's start off by saying if I could give zero stars I would, giving one star is being way too kind! I went to the dealership in hopes of test driving a truck, its been my dream since I was a little girl to own a huge truck! At first I was greeted with a warm welcome then when the salesman got wind of what I wanted to do his whole attitude changed. He seemed as if I were bothering him to test drive the truck when there was barley any customers to begin with. As we walking out to the truck, he makes a comment stating that the vehicle costs $71,000 and that the car note would be around $1500. I quickly reminded him that I was only here test drive. He then stated that it would be hard for me to get the truck off the lot; he's basically saying that I wouldn't be able to afford the truck! I found it highly disrespectful and it was absolutely heart wrenching to hear. Ive never felt so disrespected in my life. I felt as if he was judging me by how I look; I am a young hard working career driven black woman, if that doesn't say something to you than I don't know what will! I didn't get dropped off at the dealership, I came there in a 2017 Mercedes Benz and I needed a pick up truck for my blooming business. Hopefully next time this salesman thinks twice about judging a book by its cover, and keeps his uncalled for comments to himself. I hope the dealership enjoys the loss of the huge sale they could've made.

Sometimes you get a good deal.. not often on repair costs...to buy a car here read and educate yourself on all auto dealerships...just remember to not pay MSRP ITS INFLATED BY 5,000...or more coming in on 3/3 for a recall on my 2011 fusion if I'm not going to get it fixed that day they better give me a rental car hoping and praying on this one will comment after Saturday 3/3./18 all is well thank GOD. it was a recall item they taken care of it but as well the SERVICE.department suggested a few things I can do myself to save $100dollars. like a $45dollar air cleaner and a.tag bulb costing $32...... the other things you can't do yourself like a air vent flushing $55 and a fuel injector cleaning at $150 but you have to expect they have to get something out of you on Every trip there..

Extremely disappointed in service handling 3/28/18. On Jan 26 I had my oil changed and during that visit 7 items were identified as needing to be done. Those 7 items included brake pads and the total on the print out for all 7 items including the pads was 619.70. Today 3/28 I came in for the service. But I said I only wanted 4 of the items done instead of all 7 as 3 I would handle myself. Those four remaining items per the printout from January totaled $444.85. When my service order was being written up I initialed a quote for around that amount, less than $450.00. I expect as in past, it is an estimate and they can vary up to $100 either way sometimes. Then the work is done and the invoice is well over $800.00. Double the original printout and the estimate quoted today. Seems that the original quote did not include rotors, but I was told that rotors was noted in the computer. How is it that my printout from the computer did not include rotors and the estimate today was similar to the original printout but then at completion of service it more than doubled. Not once did anyone come inside to the waiting area in over 3 hours to tell me that the work was double the estimate. In the past someone comes out and speaks with you if they are off. But double the cost and no one. I would have opted out of some of the work to keep costs down. Is that what Holman Ford was afraid of. Eventually just under $60 was removed. Wow, what a gesture. What if I was someone that could not have paid the full amount? What then? Had I known the cost and had anyone at Holman had the decency to talk to me about the cost, I would have opted out of some of the services as they were not required but rather suggested. As with anyone these days, each and every dollar is valuable. To be duped into this bait and switch is tasteless. My third ford in a row, Mustang, then Escape now my Edge. Maybe it is time to leave the brand and Holman altogether. I believe I should be given further discounts to bring the cost down. Very disappointed in the cost and handling. Made my stomach churn. I would not recommend Holman Ford Lincoln Services to anyone based on my recent treatment. This is the second time I had to fight for what is right and decent with them. I have bought my last Ford. Feel bad that over the years I have directed four others to them that have made purchases. No more.
