Worst customer service help..... They had me sitting waiting and thinking that they approved me for vehicle, and that i was just waiting on "monthly payment", which then went to having a cosigner. i do not have a co singer on my current so why do i need one all of sudden. Of course you pulled my credit so many times it is red flagged. Who does that. they ran my credit report overload. I have purchased twice before from them and have not had this happen. This is not acceptable.

This is the worst car buying/leasing experience I have ever had. Thankfully my husband I walked out and avoided what others describe as an ongoing nightmare during the time you own or lease your car from these despicable people. Test drove a Fiat 500L and made a decision to work out a lease deal. Was currently driving a car at twice the value (leasing at $399) of this 25K car and was expecting a 3 year lease price of approx. $270/month. Instead they kept us sitting and waiting for "the number" for much longer than was necessary. I gave them a time limit and said we were leaving in 5 minutes and finally they came with the amount written on a piece a paper...wait for it...$412/month...FOR A 25K FIAT (2017...THE WEEK BEFORE 2018). I laughed, told them they were nuts and got up to leave. Suddenly they said for another 1K down they could do $289...so $1000 over 36 months adds only $28 to the deal yet suddenly they can reduce their original monthly rate by $123 or $4,428...showing exactly how much they were trying to "rape" us with their first offer. They're scum bags and I would drive twice the distance to work out a deal elsewhere.

The Collision Center of New Jersey at this Fiat dealership location was amazing! It was so easy and pleasant to work with them. They went above and beyond in every aspect of service, and made sure all arrangements were the most convenient for me. All of the staff was amazing, especially Chris Vadasz. If I ever get into a wreck again I will settle for nowhere else.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. If you're looking to buy a FIAT vehicle please save yourself the hassle and go to any other dealer on the planet than this one. I've had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced and will not buy a car from this dealership again. Let me emphasize that I never write customer reviews but I had such a terrible experience that I felt compelled to warn others-DO NOT GO HERE. Ever since I bought my car it has been an endless headache as they have screwed up at every level of the car buying process from the paperwork to the service department with little to no appropriate apology or willingness to make it right. The management here is woefully incompetent and does not care about the quality of their customer service. I’ve been so unbelievably frustrated that I filed a complaint with FIAT corporate. I can’t even express the amount of time and energy wasted on dealing with this place just to get the service done to my car that was written in my contract at point of sale. I’m still waiting to hear from them about making yet another appointment for them to finally get it right but I’m not holding my breath—their communication is so poor you can’t even trust that they will return your calls. Heed my warning that they DO NOT CARE about the satisfaction of their customers and have caused me nothing but stress and inconvenience from the beginning. I wish I could take it all back and have bought my new car somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
