I live in Tulsa, OK and had a car stolen that was recovered in Phoenix.  After calling multiple locksmiths trying to get a new key made to have the vehicle shipped back to Oklahoma, I found Todd and couldn't be more grateful.  He was professional, friendly and a bright light in a very stressful situation. He communicated thoroughly with me, texted photos of the keys since I wasn't there and even let me know the vehicle started and ran. I hope to never need another locksmith in Phoenix, but if I did, this is the place I would call! Thank you, again for helping me!

I have used Alcatraz in the past for locksmith services and have found them to be very professional and reasonable in their services. Always prompt and courteous. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Craig at the residential job site to re-key 14 locks. Not only was the service fast, professional and expertly accomplished, but Craig offered to help with 2 "minor" door adjustments. I didn't think they were minor, but Craig insisted to do that for me as long he was there--no added charge. Why call anyone else when you get quality, professional and courteous service with great competitive prices?? Thanks Craig for a great job

I can't say enough about Todd's work ethic and ability to work through a truly challenging project. I was really impressed with the amount of work that me must have put into his craft to be as knowledgeable as he is. He made me feel that my business was important and he was willing to stay until the job was done right. Todd thank you for helping me get back on the road, I am greatful for the excellent service you provide.

Amazing service at amazing price. I own a rental car business and I go to Todd for all our cars need key duplicates. On top of Locksmith services you get complimentary full entertainment with his funny talks. He is just awesome and nice gentleman. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I called to get a quote. The guy that answered. Was extremely friendly and polite. Even tho he was driving and using speaker, for safety of course, he was patient with my poor signal. And answered all of my questions. I will def be using this company for any locksmith needs I may have
