Excellent experience..I called numerous companies for a quote on a new key fob remote and programming for my 2016 Ford Explorer.
Tom with Dependable Locksmith gave me a guaranteed flat rate when I called that was way less than what the Ford dealer wanted with no gimmicks or hidden charges. The other locksmiths out there quoted me a service charge and said they would give me a price on site after they programmed it. (I'm not that kind of stupid)..He arrived clean cut in a professional company labeled vehicle and had the new remote programmed in just a few minutes.
So, if you want a great price, with great and honest service ask for Tom when you call them.

Technician was absolutely wonderful and arrived on time! Receptionist: When I ask how much my total will be before you come out and you tell me $60.00 that's what I expect to pay. Once the job was complete you tried charging me a $15 service fee AFTER I had already asked you if there were any service fees, hidden fees, etc. and you said no, $60! Tell your customers there a service fee BEFORE doing the work. 👍

Now we just noticed they charged our debt card 2 times after they said they cancelled the first transaction. I know mistakes happen but these guys are shady and sneaky. Quit denying your mistake and just admit it! Terrible service.

How this fraud received so many good reviews has to be a scam in itself. Had them install a new ignition at twice the amount I was quoted over the phone $430 for my truck. Shortly after the repair, I took my truck to a body shop for some damage repairs. Upon completion of body repairs, I picked up my truck and the new $430 ignition was locking not allowing me to turn key off. I contacted the gentleman (owner) that originally repaired the lock. I reminded him that I was the guy with the ford truck on a Trailer and he quickly responded saying he remembered me. He told me that he would have his tech call me. I waited one day and sent him a text stating I had not heard from his tech to which he did not respond. I sent a 2nd text on the 2nd day, still no response. I call him on the third day and he says, “my tech has been calling you but can’t reach you”. I tell him, I have no missed calls, no voice messages and no texts from anyone claiming to be a locksmith repair tech. He said, “I will call him now and have him call you again”.  Again, I said?  Would you like me to show you my call history so you can show me which number is his so I can call him back. He said, “no, he will call you shortly”. Finally, I receive a call from his tech which is a California phone number shortly after 9AM. He tells me he’s on a job now but will be by in 1-2 hours. I call him around 12:30 and ask him what his status is. He tells me the job he’s on is taking longer than expected but will be by soon. At around 4:30, I send him another text and he responds at 5:36pm, again stating he’s still on a job but will be by real soon. I receive another text at 6:43PM stating, “I’m at Costco now, would you still like me to stop by this evening or will tomorrow be ok”. I say, fine but I need a time that you will for sure come by as I wasted my entire day waiting for you. He said, 9AM but I will have to charge you a $50 service fee because your 30 day warranty expired today.  FRAUD LOCKSMITH!!

Called and received service within the hour. Frankie was efficient and did a good job re-keying my house. He is a very respectful gentleman. I would recommend Dependable Locksmith to anyone that needs locksmith service. And request Frankie to ensure quality work.

Great experience! Came back from vacation and key wasn't working for one of my cars...not awesome. Tom, the owner came out and took a look and saved my life. Thought I was going to need to replace the ignition and was awesome from beginning to end. He was kind, honest and respectful! I highly recommend
