Great place to park monthly.  Unfortunately, management doesn't feel the need to help rectify situations like this.

When I was back to the South Park Garage they drove my car to the ground floor. I found my iPod was gone from the grove compartment! I will never park there.

Good parking for compact vehicles. (Not for mid to large sized vehicles.)

HORRIBLE SERVICE.  I RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS GARAGE. I left my car there for business lunch and meeting. When I returned, I provided my slip for them to retrieve my car., and waited. And waited, And waited.  Car after car came and went.  I also noticed that the all-male staff was more than happy to wait on younger attractive women -- particularly blonde women -- who asked for their car well after me.  Finally, they admitted that they didn't know where my car was and asked me to come in to the office to locate my keys. The staff was extremely rude to me and treated me like it was my fault that I could not find my keys easily on a wall of keys.  Then, they tried to charge me AGAIN for the retrieval of my car!  When my car finally came, the staffer acted offended that I did not offer a tip and offered me a prefunctory and completely insincere.  So sorry apology.  I will not use this lot again and I recommend use of it only if you wish to be treated the way I was which was poorly.
