I have met most of the staff. Everyone has been friendly, kind and very helpful. The grounds and buildings are very well maintained. Just the kind of place I was looking for.

I return to this park every spring for two or three months, and am never disappointed. Jamie, the manager (and her staff), do an outstanding job keeping everything running smoothly. When checking in this time, I was unsure about some of the charges (understand I'm 74 and it can sometimes take a while for things to sink in). Jamie went over the details several times until I understood, all the while keeping a cheery disposition. I've been full-time RVing for over 20 years and don't encounter that dedication to customer service often enough. I'll be back!

We stayed 2 nights in a premium pull-thru ... the office staff were very nice. I would have rated the park a "5", however although our site was plenty long enough, because of all of the trees, shrubbery and landscaping our slides actually touched the shrubbery on either side!!! We had a blow out on our way to Spokane so we needed room to change the tire and I told the lady I booked with that we would need a little space ... it was hard. And while the landscaping on each site is pretty, we would much rather have some elbow room! Our steps out of our 5th wheel ran us right into a big bush!!! Also, the young man who took us to our site said we had to run our hose under our camper and hook up on the passenger side because our site had a water leak! Really? We paid $70 per night and we had to share water with our neighbor and we had no room to address our camper issues from our blow out. It wouldn't have been as upsetting if there weren't many other more open sites available! On the good side, the sites are paved with patios and picnic tables - just not a very large area to sit outside. There's an indoor pool, large grassy area, gazebo, and fenced pet run. Nice walking area. Nearby shopping. Electric was solid, and the water tested less than 200 TDS. All in all a pleasant stay and our dog really liked the pet run!

The park is very well landscaped and maintained. We arrived on a Sunday when the office was closed. Yet, one of the workers who was off duty helped up locate our site and gave directions for best approach into the site. We have a 40 ft coach and were towing a small SUV. The negatives: The sites are extremely narrow. We could not open our front slide, because of the trees. When we were properly located in the site, I found that the sewer connection was located at the very end of the site, a position that makes it impractical. While the park is otherwise very well appointed, I was rather annoyed that this was the most expensive site we stayed in during our trek between Austin TX and Ellensburg WA.

After previous arrangements fell apart, we called several other parks in the area and this was the only one with a space available - they had only one space available. The lady I made reservations with was extremely helpful, she even asked for the measurements of our rig to make sure we would fit. This is an older park, built before multiple slideouts were the normal, so the sites are narrow. Our rig is wide with three slideouts. We threaded the needle to get in the site. Their handyman was very nice and trimmed back several branches to keep our rig from getting scratched. We were able to open all 3 slides, and our cat loved having the dining room window enclosed by the tree filled with birds. Our site was heavily landscaped contributing to the tight fit, but made for a nice private patio. We had to walk around the road or shimmy through bushes to go around our rig on the outside. There are other sites where the landscaping is not as thick and has been cut back, making it a better fit. That being said, the staff is amazing, the park is very well kept, the landscaping is beautiful, and our dog loved the check-in treats. Although We didn't use any of the facilities they were kept very clean. Nice dog area. Definitely would not hesitate to stay there again when passing through.
