The cashier wouldn't give up on getting me to sign up for a rewards program. Then I had a coupon I got off the website and I was told I had to be a rewards member (even though no where on the site or coupon did it say this). Then inserted my bank card to pay and asked how I pay with credit and the cashier said if it is asking for my pin I have to do debit and credit is not an option. Most places you press a button to bypass. I didn't believe him and pressed one of the buttons like I would anywhere else and guess what, it worked. I told the cashier which button it was and I was ignored.

Doesn't deserve a star but have to give to write a review.  In my experience the workers were rude, unhelpful, unsympathetic, and really showed no common decency, but as i now know, this is reflective of the corporation above...really no better as you go up the latter.  God forbid you want to return after 30 days (even if its 31),  you will just lose your money and be stuck with shoes that don't fit like me (wont even give a store credit). IN my opinion this is criminal.  My advice dispute it with you credit card company. RIDICULOUS
