I've always loved my Aldo shoes and can always count on the fit and comfort. However the customer service at this location from not one associate but all 3 working was absolutely horrendous. I walk in and immediately helped by a young man and I was able to try on the boots right away. In less than 5 min my experience went from great to awful beyond belief. After trying on to check fit, I immediately went up to the register to purchase the boots. The young man who initially helped me told me to hold on as he was checking out another customer. As I stood there waiting, another associate asked if I was being helped I said yes, because I unfortunately believed I was. She then moved on to help several male customers. As I stood there the young man checking out customers turned to me and said he was going to have someone else do my check out and walked away. I continued to stand there in front of the register with these boots as the check out was being finished up by the girl who had asked if I was being helped earlier. She then completely bypassed me waiting there to take care of the gentleman behind me. There was zero acknowledgement or apology to me for waiting as she tried to tell me he was first when I had been standing there already waiting to make a purchase before this other man even asked for a specific shoe. Needless to say I did not need the boots and I left without buying anything.

I will not be making any Aldo purchases in the future
