New york and company is my favorite brand, and i happened to visit NY&C  store in Trumbull mall for couple of times now, and each time its has been an awful experience in this  particular store, with the customer service. The staff here are not at all professional. To be specific staff member named STACY is very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She has no patience to answer simple questions and she just keeps giving some weird impatient expressions  which are very disrespectful for the customers . People like these can really effect the reputation of the store. I seriously think she needs a solid feed back about the way she should behave with the customers. Just because  of her, i am never ever going back to this store.

This store has a decent variety of dresses/tops/pants.But the customer service is not good. We went to the store last week,I believe her name is 'Stacy'.Her customer service is pathetic.She is not at all helpful, she rolls her eyes when you ask for some help and she has a very bad attitude. I have never seen such poor customer service in any apparel store.  I will never go back to this store again!
