Do not work with this organization! Renters Beware! I had a place for three years at their Chevy Chase location. I left one month and a half early and gave them sufficient notice. Not only did they not find a sutible replacement but they told me not to look for a replacement. Then they demanded that I pay the last month rent and threatened that I will hurt my credit score if I didn't pay. If they were honest with me from the beginning, I might have planned to pay them a full month rent. They are not trustworthy of your money.

Todo me gusta de este lugar. Pero lo unico que la madera que tienen los Apts no sirven hacen mucho ruido nome dejan dormir los niños corriendo y brincando a media noche.y depaso tengo el mismo problema con unos negros racistas que viven en el primer piso.asi que ando buscando otro lugar para mudarme lo mas pronto posible.

I like everything about this place. But the only thing that i dont like is the wood.  the Apts have is not good they make a lot of noise, they do not let me sleep the children run and jump at midnight. And I have the same problem with some racist blacks people who live on the first floor. So I'm looking for another place to move as soon as possible
