Our House has been on the market with Re/Max 2000 for more days then I can count. Only one offer and it was well below our agents advertised List to sell ratio. The Re/Max agent suggested some improvements , some my husband was able to do him self, while others the agent refereed some preferred contractors the agent said gog very good work for a a very reasonable cost. . But in those cases, the contractors either more than doubled their initial estimate before starting work, or did not quote at all. (despite taking measurements and committing to provide an estimate, over a month later still no estimate) We only moved here to sell the house, but its coming up on a year now. Should we give up and go with someone else? My husband actually likes the agent (though we rarely seem them)
