Had no idea what to expect, brought three of my work pairs of shoes in and he did a great job! I also thought it was way cheaper than expected. My black shoes were all scratched up and he managed to get them back to original condition. Would definitely go back again.

Wonderful customer service and work. I brought in my favorite pair of boots for re-soling on Thursday; the kindly gentleman went over my options and offered advice. Then told me to come back Friday, they'd be done! He glued up a section of a boot for no additional charge, and then polished them up beautifully. I picked them up this morning. Highly, highly recommended.

I brought this man several pares of my shoes to resole or to put better soles onto new shoes. This senile old man ruined my suede boots. He ripped the suede all around the edges, as well as left glue or dye or something for a half an inch all of the way around the boot.  He refused to admit that anything was wrong and refused to fix it. He is insane. 

He left marks and scrapes on several of my other pairs and visible glue spots in random areas of the shoes.

Alex is awesome! Basically rebuilt a pair of Cole Haan boots I had in less than a day. They looked brand new when I got them back. Fantastic guy, does great work.

Alex was great.  Set me up for a shoeshine, polish, brush, and shoe tree for a super reasonable price (less than the equivalent on Amazon or Target). Shoes are looking good. Alex is a friendly guy as well.
