Brought a piece of equipment in for service and was treated respectfully.  Picked up my gas power hedge trimmer and the unit performed better then when it was new.  The service cost was very reasonable, will bring all my business to them in the future.

Everyone I've come in contact here over the last month or so has been fantastic.  I've called around half a dozen times, and my first experience was fantastic.  I called with some questions about a Morbark chipper I was considering buying elsewhere.  I was expecting the typical uninterested response from the other side since this was not their sale, but instead I got someone extremely helpful, and even asked me for the site to look at it, pulled the item up on the internet and looked at it with me to help me with advise.  I've called with some other questions and they have always been eager and willing to help, even beyond whats expected.  Now they helped me with a replacement part, they have it on the shelf, and shipped it out right away, and I received it the next day.  Fantastic service, Thanks!!
