Busy place when we went.  Staff was helpful.  Had issues getting a propane tank.  Had to get help because the first one we got was empty.  Employee quickly got us a different one.

We always have a decent experience just shopping here but definitely never buy anything that has to be delivered or installed. First delivery was dreadful. Our material was in and delivery scheduled but someone sold it, nobody ever called and we had to take 2 days off completely and make 6 phone calls and a trip to the store to finally get it at 6pm on a sunday. Install went pretty well but then they were short 2 pieces that weren't in stock. Spoke with customer service 2 times about it and the installers still haven't contacted us after 3 weeks. The project will never ben finished and it has been nothing but a bad experience. This is a retail store only, hire real professionals, dont fall for their BS that they can do the whole job.

Kudos to the guy at the paint counter this morning 4/4/17. He was being talked down to by a supervisor about his customer service in front of customers. He simply continued to do his job wth a smile in what was obviously an uncomfortable situation. If anyone needs suggestions about customer service it was the supervisor, wait til you have a bit of privacy to do critique employees. Never had a bad experience here, but this was a bit uncomfortable.

Horrible rent team. Kirk and the other guy over charge. Try to find problem on returned tool. In stor one price when returning the tool difrent price. Not nice people. Be aware
