I had a great experience, not a discount store by no means but fair market prices are the Manager worked with me to help with my budget and ensure I got what I wanted in designing a custom ring.
Above and beyond to help, explain so that I understood everything without a lot of sales double talk.
I highly recommend this business!!

Can't say enough about Raymond and this store... very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have purchased several men's (gold & diamond) rings from here as well has had one made from concept to perfection and another altered dramatically.  Great quality and prices. From the first ring to the last he listened and gave me choices and never tried to up sell me.

The staff and jeweler at this store are professional and very friendly!! I went in to have a ring re shaped that I had crushed and they fixed it for me no charge in good faith !! I will definitely go here next time I'm looking for jewelry. I also noticed that had a great selection of quality watches !! Thanks again for the excellent customer service !! It was above and beyond.

My husband and I absolutely loved this jewelry store until I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting the sister that works for the brother who actually owns/runs this store.   

She was so rude and nasty!  Not sure if she was having a bad day or life,  but the one thing I do know.... is that I will NEVER shop there again!  

Great customer service should be the cornerstone of every business!!! In fairness,  the brother who owns/runs this location is great.   Very warm and friendly,  but that sister 😞!  Yikes!

My watch was polished came back looking better than the day I got it worth every penny.  Would recommend!
