Story

At Watch Solutions, we carry all of he latest watch brands including: Movado, Gucci, Citizen, Seiko, Kenneth Cole, Swiss Army, Diesel, G-Shock, Fossil, Guess, Timex, Vestal, and more. We are also a full service watch and jewelry store. Some of the watch repair services we provide are overhauls, cleanings, and installing new movements for your timepiece. We also provide jewelry repair services that include sizing, soldering, and rhodium plating. Our Jeweler can even custom make a piece to your liking. Our in-house watchmaker and jeweler each have 30 years of experience.

Do not sell your gold here they will rip you off, first time I came there was a guy gave me a fair price... I do my research and the current gold scrap value on my wife's ding was 163 and they only offered her 75, less than half the value. Then they tried to tell my wife the good price went down not knowing we're not stupid and can look up the live price 24/7.... save the hassle and go to old town to sell... both when I was in there and my wife we both heard upset costomers so there probably not going to be around for long

Danny is a crook and a liar. I originally had a good experience here and showed my support over holiday season by spending more than 2k on various watches but never again. A watch I purchased was wrong size so I bring back to take out 1 link and he says that valued customers pay more. He wants 18 dollars to take out a link on a watch i purchased for 350? Congrats Danny and whomever this may concern. You have lost a customer and a consumer that will tell everyone in Temecula what a scam WATCH SOLUTIONS IS

Over priced! Went to simply get a new battery, returned it to me with a button not functioning properly. So I waited to have my watch returned and he fixed it but then when I asked about why my watch seal didn't look put on properly. He replied they don't guarantee water resistant watches to work unless you specify. Which if you do, they charge you more money to do it and can only be done when the manager is there(which he wasnt) so after leaving with my watch I now have the problem of the beep sound not going off when I change time, start/stop the stop watch etc...huge hassle. Not satisfied at all. I'll take my watch somewhere else.

Beautiful watches & great / fast customer service. They were courteous, finished repairs sooner than quoted, and made repairs where other repair shops failed. Today was my first visit, and I'm already a loyal customer.
