I wanted to resize a ring and they lied and said the ring was realized before and its going to pop and they wanted 100 to resize a small 10K gold ring and they needed 2 weeks. Guess what, i went to another jewelry store and they did it for 10 dollars for a couple of days and the ring did not pop thats for sure. The ladies have no idea what they are doing! Don't go there!

SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The owners and staff are so friendly and caring! They REALLY cared about our experience with purchasing an engagement and wedding ring set. They went out of their way to work with us. I LOVE my wedding ring and would HIGHLY recommend Schilber's Castle Jewelry to EVERYONE!!!

Bought two rings (his & hers) to get married.. All was well the lady was really nice inside we left happy... Two weeks later two stones (diamonds) fall out of my wife's ring she was really really upset she was promised a quality ring. I told her ok call them and tell them the situation maybe they can work something out to fix it... Called several times and left messages to no avail. A week later another stone falls out... Now I feel completely duped this lady told me I was buying a quality good ring that would last me and now I have 4 diamonds missing from my wife's ring and still no answer from them... Never doing business there again I'll be sure to leave a review where needed ....... Unless it's a solid band I wouldn't recommend buying here unless you want to be left high to dry smh !
