I went in because I had seen some of their sponsored ads on my Facebook. When I went to the store they were actually really nice and helpful, I ended up buying my new sofa from them and I was told that it could take 4 weeks for it to be delivered, I was in no rush so I agreed. Well, I waited and waited until I finally called to see what had happened to my sofa, they mention that it was there and they could deliver within the week. First they messed up my delivery day, and it took me forever to try to get someone to answer their phone. Then by they time the delivery day came and the delivery guys had finish setting up the sofa we realized that I hadn't gotten what I had paid for, they delivered the wrong sofa. They tried to tell me that there had been a mistake with what they had showed me at first, and what I paid for and what they actually sold me it was not the same. By that time I was so tired of waiting that I just ended up asking for a refund. They were all very nice and apologetic, but I let so many other nice sales go because I kept on waiting for this one. Please if you're reading all of these other reviews, believe everyone of them, I thought it could be different with me but sadly that wasn't the case. They are nice people, at least the ones that helped me but they just don't know how to do business. Take your money somewhere else!

Terrible place! Not even worth 1 star. We found a couch we really liked. The employee Chris told us they were the only store around to carry that type of couch. He wasn't willing to budge on the price. So we decided to think about it. I did some research and found The same couch somewhere else for more than$1000 cheaper!! This place is So pricey! Not worth it!

Lack of what customer service is. Pricing is a bit high. And sales guy (Chris) doesn't have patience nor does he explain your purchase in a professional manner and tends to brush off the customer and, will get irate.
However, the furniture selection is wide and tasteful.

Let's just keep this plain and simple, my husband and I would rather pay the re-stocking fee which is 25% of our total ($255 and some cents) than to deal with this company. Please save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere. Believe these reviews, especially the ones where they never deliver on time as promised. Never going back. Don't be fooled by all the too good to be true offers.

I went to the store and purchased the entire living room set. The 2 sofas, coffee table, decor for the table and the vase. The only item I didn't purchase was the rug. We were happy with our purchase when after we signed the sales man stated that our furniture could take 4 weeks to be delivered! Needless to say we waited, and waited, and waited until I called and scheduled a delivery date for 09/01, then reschedule for 09/06 and when the furniture didn't show up I called only to be told that their delivery guys called in sick and they didn't have anyone to take the furniture, where was my courtesy call to let me know my furniture wasn't being delivered or an attempt to reschedule??? We rescheduled for 09/07 AND THEY STILL DIDN'T DELIVER IT!!! I called the store and they placed me on a 10 minute hold, I hung up and called back. I am on my 15th call and they have yet to answer! I am leaving work and heading straight there to cancel my order.
