I went to take my sister and she said that staff were polity and funny. It good to see a company with so my enthusiasm. You techi person which i believe he is some calm. For hard that dedicated to his customers

It's ok not enough cashiers then there register was messing up.

Sent a tiny print job with a deadline, was told they'd meet it and call us when it's ready to pickup. Called to check about 30 mins after the deadline, still not ready but they only had "one person in front of us" and would call when it's done. Waited FIVE (5) hours before finally calling back again and they still hadn't even started it. It was literally 10 copies of 1 print lol. Canceled the order and going elsewhere.

They should let you laminate your own prints like FedEx office does instead of having to put in an order for that! Ridiculous!

They are really customer service oriented and want to ensure you have what you are looking for. Love this place. We always use them.
