Sears

The staff are very friendly and with the constant sales Sears is definitely a worthwhile store. One thing to improve upon would be making sure that staff are near registers, on multiple occasions I have searched for over 15 minutes to find a staff to ring up my items.

There 5 min guarantee pick up is a lie. The employee just deleted your name off the TV monitor when the counter when it get close to the 5min mark. With that said most of my pick up time is about 5-10mins which is still very good compare to other store such as Wal-Mart, Target, k-mart, Lowe’s. They did lose my order one time. Another time they never processed my order to be picked up.

So I learned a valuable lesson today. Never EVER buy anything of value at Sears. They swindled me and even the Manager admitted they lied to me to sell me a warranty on a pair of earrings I had and THEN would not even give my money back. The gave me a gift card. Not to mention no money back for the warranty. I will never shop here again. I am so mad that I am in tears.

Love my hometown Sears! Purchased a washer and dryer over the summer and just purchased a stove this week. The Gardner’s are great to work with!!!

I remember Sears as a place my Grandmother took me growing up, sonit was a Surprise when I moved so close to one. I am there offer for my needs. Still the same good service.
