Shopping at Alfano Nissan was a great pleasure. The new staff was just as pristine as the new building. I was allowed to shop freely with none of the stereotypical salesmanship one might come to expect when shopping for a vehicle. All questions I had were answered genuinely and not always in their favor. Working through the finances with Kit was fantastic. He was professional and courteous while aiding me with the purchase of my brand new Armada. Thanks Alfano

Great experience, would recommend Alfanos Nissan, and Todd as a salesperson. They were transparent, and worked with us to reach our goals and stay on budget. I liked the ability to text/email it made the communication process easier during business/ work hours.

With all the competitors out there, save your time and money and find another dealer. If you find yourself there, be sure to check, double and triple check all paperwork to be sure "all promises" are written down. If you don't, the fast talking, stereo typical used car salesman approach will leave you spending more than you anticipated.

My wife and I bought a 2011 nissan pathfinder from Alfano in October 2017. After about 4 months we noticed that the tires were making a lot of noise, they were new on the truck when we bought it. We had some service work done at our local nissan dealership and they told us that the tires were all choppy on the inside tread and needed to be replaced. Since the tires were new on the truck when we bought them, I decided to call Alfano to see if there was anything they could do for us. They told me to bring the truck down to them so they could look at it themselves. After alfano looked at the tires, they agreed with my local dealership and decided to give us a free set! We were happy with the dealership when we bought the truck and at this point, couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and courtesy we were shown while doing business with them. I would give them 5 stars any day of the week!
