Every person I know has had a negative experience with this place. I am amazed that there rating is as good as it is on google. My wife bought her car from this place and they have done nothing but screw her every chance they get. Our most recent experience was going to pick up a part she had them order. The parts guy comes out with a part that apparently was ordered 2 years ago, and my wife had already paid for, that the service dept was supposed to install on a previous servicing visit. 2 years and nobody ever called or said anything. So now I will install the part they were paid to install 2 year ago. This place is horrible. If this is how Subaru operates I wouldn't own one if you paid me!

Had a very negative experience here when buying a used car. They told us the car was in excellent shape. Albeit a bit pricey, we knew we needed to get a new car soon so we splurged. A month later when going in for regular service they told us the entire undercarriage was rusted through and acted as if this was a brand new issue. Needless to say we went to a different dealer for our next car and had excellent service the entire time. My new car has no issues plus we have an even better warranty. Do not recommend buying any cars from here. Wish there was an option for zero stars!

This is a pretty good dealership, but as with most dealerships, so much depends on the salesperson with whom you end up working. At Center, I've worked with a great salesman who worked with me to find the right vehicle for my situation and an okay salesman who may have been a bit more focused on selling me on a car he liked than a car I needed. It wasn't a negative experience and maybe it was just an off week or unclear communication on my part, but it did disappoint after having had a good experience.

Center's internet sales, on the other hand, need a lot of work as it leaves much to be desired. I can't help but think this may be due to the fact that Center's competiting Subaru dealerships are not so close by, so Center may not feel the need to focus on improving this. They used to offer a gift card if you registered online and then came in for a test drive. I did so a few times several years ago and am still waiting for that gift card to arrive.

Center generally shines when considering their service department. They're true to their estimates in cost and time and they aren't drastically more expensive than service at an independent shop. Worth the price for the peace of mind.

Had a great experience here. The sales team and staff was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had. I’m a very satisfied customer and would recommend again and again.

These guys/women are polite, accommodating and fast.  They honor recalls with no questions and don't try to sell you more repairs than I need
