A huge "Thank you" to our dealer Mark Jones and business manager Mike Mans. Mike walked us through everything so we felt comfortable and weren't making such a big purchase blindly. Mark took us step by step through the features of the vehicle and wouldn't let us leave the lot until we were well versed in all the bells and whistles. I would 10/10 recommend going to Lombard Ford! I was scammed and stuck with this awful rusted vehicle for about three years that was sold to me from A Better Way Auto. I still owed over $7000 on a truck that was falling apart from the inside out. I went to Lombard, told them my situation, and Steve and Rob were able to help me out. I cannot begin to explain the relief I have knowing a vehicle that I'm paying monthly for isn't going to break down or require the maintenance my truck did. They were able to get me into something reliable, good on gas, with half the interest rate I was paying for before. I do a lot of traveling to for school and needed something I wasn't going to have to worry about fixing all the time. I put enough money into my truck and enough was enough. A HUGE thank you to Lombard Ford, I really can't thank you guys enough for helping me out!

I had such a pleasant experience with Lombard Ford that I am willing to sacrifice a few minutes away from my mustang to write this review. After searching quite a while on the internet, I checked availability on a vehicle at the Lombard website. Within a short time Barbara called me and confirmed that my choice was still available. Barbara soon became my new friend with my numerous questions, and within a week I was on my way to Connecticut from Maryland to pickup my Mustang. Barbara was there to greet me at our arranged time and introduce me to my Mustang. Ron Lombard took the time to personally greet me and thank me for choosing Lombard Ford. I found him to be very cordial and we had a nice conversation. Barbara kept me current on the completion of the purchase with updates on the out of state registration process. I received my registration well before the expiration of the temporary tag. Everything went well and I am completely satisfied with Lombard Ford. Overall a very positive experience.

Whenever you are purchasing a used vehicle sight unseen, it is always a daunting and weary filled practice. Upon finding an online ad for a similar vehicle, I contacted Lombard Ford in Connecticut to inquire if they had a vehicle with my desired specifications. My call was answered by Barbara Dew, who was not only courteous and patient but also very diligent in keeping me abreast of her vehicle search results. Even after I informed her that I had several dealerships looking for the same vehicle, she was still adamant that she can find the car which I wanted. Several minutes later, she informed me that she had located the car within a new shipment of vehicles that Lombard Ford was getting and that even though the car was not in the system, she was sure it meet my qualifications. Surely enough, over a few days, we were able to verify the vehicle. Barbara was a god-send in this process. Every question was answered, every inquiry addressed, and all worries satiated. When it came to financing and registration, Mike and Mary were likewise helpful in explaining all my financing options, getting the paperwork to me overnight, and informing me of all the subsequent steps required to receive my vehicle. I am now the proud Georgia owner of the vehicle I have always wanted. Many thanks for Barbara and crew for their exceptional service.

Anybody wanting honest good service should definitely stay away from Lombard Ford! They'll burn you by replacing good parts and not fixing your problem and then do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation! Worst car repair experience ever!
