Very helpful and polite, took my jewelry for some adjustments and he did awesome work! Very affordable compared to these other jewelers that try to over charge, trust me I checked all of them out. Will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend.

I fully support shopping locally however, I went to Alfredo's to get my engagement ring sized. Upon entering, there was a questionable man standing at the entrance drilling me with unwanted questions. Who I assume is related to the owner. After this, I spoke to the jeweler who had nothing but rude/negative comments about my engagement ring. He proceeded to tell me that "he could do a better job and make me a ring I actually enjoy." He then asked me to leave my ring so he could "fix it." I will not spend my money at Alfredo's nor will I ever refer anyone. Terrible customer service with an even worse experience at this small business. Completely Unsatisfied.

I took a watch to have a crystal and pin replaced to reattach the band . Against my better judgement of sending it the actual distributor i took it here. Very Bad Decision he said it would take about two weeks to get it replaced....so okay.   Came back three weeks later and he said he sent it to his watchmaker which didn't tell him he was going on vacation. Ok strike one come back another week and a half now he said im missing a part from band that is required for the reattachment ..which was with the watch when I brought it to him... so he said he would either  find it or replace it...but ok Strike Two ..come back another two weeks and he finally has the watch which despite the fact he advertised not responsible for scratches on watches . It was terribly mangled in a lot of places And the replacement part for my band which was clearly not mine was completely unsized and could tell it has been ground to "fit" on the band and to top it off the band was on backwards !   IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT LEARN TO DO IT YOURSELF

Be sure to keep your card for pick up. I lost mine and therefore NEVER received my earrings back. He accused me of picking them up and then trying to pick up another pair. Beware!
