It's a nice Jcp store. Very clean and very helpful and friendly employees. This was my first visit to this location and while I was having trouble an employee stopped by and offered to help. Very grateful for her help. Good selection and great prices.

It's a pity that stores like this one, closes, at least this what I have heard recently. They have a lot of choices in different kind of merchandise. It's sure that there should be much more to choose online, but there are things we like to see, try, feel, and JCPENNEY it's one of the best for that.

The photo you see was not done at jcp salon. I went there to get my hair dyed pink. They disrespected me by saying that "my hair was the curliest hair they would have attempted" as if it was an impossible job. Later no one wanted to do my hair, including the manager who was worried about their reputation. So I went some where else, the Parlour, where they had no fear and did the job will no hassle.
