I had been to this place earlier and the services were really good. I have an impacted tooth, and my parents had consulted multiple orthodontists, all of which told us to take x-rays and consult an oral surgeon. My mom scheduled an appointment for me here to take the X-ray and get a referral to an oral surgeon. They agreed, and we arrived at the appointment. They then told us that we had to consult the orthodontist and have him take a look first (which, in fact he did a couple months earlier), then come back after a week after the orthodontist had made an evaluation, then sign a contract with the orthodontist, THEN get a referral to the oral surgeon. Overall, that is THREE appointments! Might as well just make an appointment with the oral surgeon. Worst experience ever. Plus, the way they were explaining everything to my dad and I was very rude, and they weren't willing to please a customer, rather referring to their own policy (which is in fact atrocious), made my parents and I decide that we will never come back to this place again.

We had a great experience at Algonquin Orthodontics! My son came in with a severe overbite and misplaced teeth. Dr. O'Byrn talked us thru the whole plan, from teeth extractions, to the braces themselves. Every step was explained and questions answered. My son just got the final part of his braces off yesterday. What a transformation! Dr. O'Bryn is very easy to talk with. His staff is wonderful. Always helpful (especially when you show up right after closing and they are cleaning up, but still open the door so you can grab rubber bands before the weekend!) My only complaint would be the hours for working parents. But we worked around that with help from grandma!

Dr.O'Byrn and his team were absolutely everything I could ask for and more, always so helpful and welcoming. My smile is now more beautiful than ever, all thanks to them. I highly recommend them.

Dr.Brian O'Byrn and his staff have always been very professional, kind and knowledgeable when it came to our son's teeth. Our son was almost 8 years old when our dentist suggested we see an orthodontist due to a major overbite and concerns with the way his teeth were coming in. After a few different orthodontist consultations we chose Algonquin Orthodontics. Once the overbite was corrected Dr.O'Bryn very wisely suggested we wait for the braces since our son was still growing. When our son was older he had the braces put on. Throughout the process our son had a wonderful experience with Dr O'Bryn and his staff. Braces are off and the smile on our son's face says it all! Thank you Algonquin Orthodontics and Dr O'Byrn! You all are Amazing!

Dr. Brian O'Byrn and staff are very friendly! We were very pleased with Dr. O'Byrn's work with our daughter getting her braces on. She just got her braces off and we want to thank everyone at Algonquin Orthodontics! I love how clean the office always is! We highly recommend Algonquin Orthodontics! Thanks again!
