I could not trust Doctor O'Brien and her entire staff any more than I do. They are clearly very intelligent, caring, and thorough. When they are in the room with my children and me, I always feel as though I am their number one priority, despite how busy their day may be. That's really all I can ask for in a doctor/team! Also, Dr. O'Brien truly has a relationship with my son, and that is hard to do when you only see someone once or twice a year! He adores her. Very impressive.

Good luck.. Kids were canceled as patients because my wife missed an appointment that she called in for.. Then 2 weeks a claim was mysteriously denied by our insurance... Dr Tjaden was nice but their billing and office staff was horrible.. We think they violated HIPAA as well as they fabricated false claims to our new Dr. about payment history. Not cool...

The doctors are great especially Dr. Fell, Dr. Megahed and Dr. Mannion. However, appointment time is something that the office needs to work on improving, especially the Algonquin office. There were so many times that the appointment was scheduled for me at a certain time but the doctors were behind on all appointments so I end up spending couple of hours in office between the waiting time and actual visit. And this is having a young, sick child with you. No one ever called to say to come a little bit later as they are behind. Very frustrating!

We have been seeing Dr. Erin for almost 10 years. She has a top notch education, she is on top of new medicine and she is so easy to talk to about our health concerns. The entire office is great.

I am happy with my doctor and would rate her at 5 but staff is really difficult to work with. Scheduling an appointment for a sick child is ONLY on the same day so you can not plan anything until the day of appointment because you have no idea what time that appointment will be or if it will even happen. For kids with common colds this works ok but for more serious conditions requiring doctors intervention this is completely unacceptable.
