I have been a patient at Morningside Family Dental for about 2 years now and have had an EXCELLENT experience. I have been given excellent patient care. All treatment has been presented to me thoroughly and clearly. The front desk has always been helpful and flexible with my schedule. I recommend 100%

Pop Up Dentistry Shop run by corporate dentists. Dr. Lee has his own practice in Schaumburg. Works at Morningside part-time. The support staff is great but have to operate under corporate which includes upsell. My first visit was fine but then they talked me into a root canal and crown. It took FIVE hours to do. I had asked if I should go to an Endodentist. Dr. Lee said NO, he could do it. The crown fitting hurt from Day One. After 3 mos he tells me my tooth underneath is fractured and that they need to remove it all!! I began to shed tears thinking about the $2K I had spent on the work already. He then says "Yes, your very emotional. I can do the extraction for free". I have never returned to that practice. Found a real dentist that has interestingly enough received other patients that have also RUN from Morningside Dental with their own horror stories. I just had to go to an oral surgeon for emergency extraction of that crown for another $960.00!! And yes, I will be contacting Morningside for a refund and compensation.

Well, Morningside just lost a customer. Closed on Saturday's now? When did that happen and why? Dentist offices should be open evenings and Saturday's to work with all kinds of people's hours.

I sent my daughter and told her to use the coupon for the $59 teeth cleaning but beware because it could be a classic bait and switch. Let's just see if it is an honest practice doing what's right. I have 5 children ready to go to their practice because my dentist retired. The exam turned into almost $800.00. I told her we need a second opinion. They still forced her into an extra $25 before she could leave. I am in the medical field and regret how doctors have lowered themselves to taking advantage of kids when parents are not around. It's just sad how doctors can lower their standards to make a few dollars to pay for an expensive mailing. Integrity seems to be missing here in my opinion.
