Barbara knows the business and will give you all the information necessary to make an educated decision on your purchase. I love the selection of Citizen timepieces as well.
Went in one time to get a estimate value on a piece of jewelry, the ladie told the other ladie looks like so n so jewelry she when to the back made a phone call felt like I was being accused of something other times I've went in she tries to make you fill stupid like she's better then everyone
Alicia's has been around the Espanola Valley for as long as I can remember, and *anytime* there was a need for a necklace, earrings, or something more serious like a engagement ring Mrs. Serna and her team were always ready and willing to help find the exact gift needed. Barbara Serna has a great family and honestly loves her work; I had a turquoise necklace I needed to make a little longer and she found the exact links which were needed. I recommend Alicia's fine jewelers to any and all people of the Espanola Valley and surrounding area!
Beautiful jewelery and great prices right here in Espanola. Can't believe the price of the watch I just bought. No need to shop out of town or big name stores. Barbara is a wonderful owner and will fix anything you have even if you bought it somewhere else.
Picked up a beautiful 24" Gold chain! This store has class. It's family owned and has been open for as long as I can remember.The prices are decent! This was a special order and I am very happy with my new Chain!
