We have done ring prongs repair. They did an excellent repair job on a vintage ring and cleaned the ring and stone perfectly. We were very satisfied with their work.  They did their repair work on site. We brought the ring on Thursday for a weekend job and it was ready to pick up on Monday morning. we highly recommend because they offer a very good service. The jeweler is very knowledgeable about  jewels and was very helpful.

Really disappointed with the quality of the repair of my necklace. You can visible see where the repair was done as the link is crooked and the wrong color.

Horrific!!! Negative stars are not available. They do not do any repairs onsite, according to the owner, they send all repairs to Rio Rancho or Corrales. They will not keep you informed as to where and what the status of your item may be, though they will assure you that "they are working on it" and "working on getting you the best price". They don't have loose stones on site to help with your gem needs.  They do not care about having customers, as they no longer want my business. Apparently I do not dress well enough to appear that I can be priced gouged. I doubt they want your business as well. They will give every story in the book, just not the truth. Had  they been up front from the beginning things would be different. They will provide an outrageous estimate based on jewelry they have not cleaned, inspected, and sent out of their control. So if you have lots of money to burn, and like to be treated poorly, go to Bennett's.

I LOVE Bennett's Fine Jewelry!  I'm never disappointed with their great selection of merchandise or their very attentive and friendly service.  Melanie and Alison are my "go to" jewelers...  They've assisted me with purchases and repaired valued vintage pieces for me....going out of their way to ensure that the stones match.  They are very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I recommend Bennett's Fine Jewelry... They're the best!!!
