Julie is a fantastic instructor and quite kind in how she approaches the workout. Pushes you enough so that you feel worked but not too much so that you're injured. I've been taking semi-privates with my 91 year-old mother as an extension to my mother's PT after a fall and couldn't find a better place or person to help rebuild her strength!

I've had chronic back problems going on ten years now.  I never really thought I would be able to get rid of these issues but my wife suggested I try Align.  My wife has been a customer for years and encouraged me to go despite feeling like pilates wasn't for me.  I am now one of the converted.  This place is amazing.  It's clean with great machines.  The staff was really helpful for beginners (such as me) and experts (such as my wife).  Plenty of street parking although on street cleaning days you should get there a little early as parking can be trickier on these days (Tuesday and Wednesday I think).  But I can't recommend this place enough.

I love this place. I went here for years and then had to move away for a year.  My body never had the same results and I couldn't find anything else that I enjoyed going to regularly.  When I returned I was so happy to be back in this friendly environment where I get a great workout and leave feeling so refreshed.
