LIT Method creators Justin Norris and Taylor Gainor have sought to create a new fitness revolution — An effective workout that is focused on injury prevention, while still giving you a kick ass workout. As personal trainers who constantly saw fitness related injuries in their clients, they knew there had to be a better
solution. Which leads to why LIT was born.
LIT stands for [Low – Impact – Training], the method is designed to “Build you not break you”. While other regimens can break you down over time, they felt the need to create a sustainable method that strengthens, empowers and corrects the body.

This unique program utilizes a low impact cardio machine, (the very sexy, state-of-the-art water rower) combined with a resistance band training system. This effective fitness regimen is built to specifically target and isolate each muscle group, while giving you the ultimate cardio burn.

The water rowing machine is our central piece of equipment because it provides the only 60/40 split of upper and lower body that works 84% of your muscles, — giving you a balanced workout.
Our state-of-the-art water rower GX is the highest quality machine of it’s kind. We made rowing central to our workout because it eliminates the force other cardio exercises put on your joints while still providing maximum burn.
By coupling rowing with our resistance band training system, we have created the perfect workout to tone, sculpt, and burn fat.
With LIT Method, there is little to no impact being placed on the ankles, knees, hips, elbows or shoulders — all of which are prone to injury with other fitness classes. This also makes LIT an appropriate form of exercise for those who are rehabbing an injury.
