I went the first time to the studio not knowing so much about yoga but i was very interested in it.  I called them and chose a date and went.  It was the most peaceful and amazing experience i have ever had.  The teacher was very helpful with everyone in the class and  the props in the class were so good.  
I as a gym junkie, chose to come because i need help with my posture and with my back because the weight lifting and this coming to class two times a week has helped so much.

the yoga clothes as well is perfect fitting and very good quality and comfy!!!

I for sure will keep coming to the classes as much as i can.

I love the space. Equipment and attention. Just wish I lived closer to the studio.

Very nice, well designed, clean space. Always space for classes (no need to sign up in advance) where you will not find that possibility in any other yoga place. Just show up and you get in. Witnessed office manager suddenly turning away two families with teenagers after those families have been coming to their practice for a few weeks. She stated that the policy has changed a month ago (?!) and can't let 16 year old's come in. Her staff was not aware of this. Manager - very short with people, abrupt and rude. A confused person at the front desk said that the office manager just came back from vacation and they didn't know about this new rule. Customer service is not supportive.  Now I understand why there are never full classes. This place lacks healing, glowing energy and that Mr. Iyengar taught. Sad to see people turned away not understanding why since they were just there the other day. After a few classes and seeing how this place is being run, I decided not to go back too. Namaste Yoga doesn't practice what they teach.
