I've had physical therapy at Aliso Viejo Physical Therapy on 3 different occasions over the past 5 years. I had an excellent experience each time. The therapists are easy to talk to, knowledgeable and very friendly. I recovered much sooner than expected and I'd be happy to return here if necessary.

I have to go to physical therapy again. I really like Aliso Viejo physical therapy.

Ok, well, 8 years of various knee replacement(s) and shoulder issue rehab sessions...... and you would never know it! Strong, recovered, and capable of a variety of activities. I am 60, playing like I'm 40 - because of this place. Yes, the therapy is outstanding, but the key to recovery is believing in yourself. Aliso Viejo with Ernie, Tim, Travor, John and others - make this place - great. Look forward to therapy - of course not. But looking forward to seeing this team; their personal preparation for you, and not disappointing them with low results, as they instruct you on improving your home care - well that's special! You deserve the best. Therapy, humor, support and care - I am a walking, athletic result of their efforts and I thank them all !! Physical Therapy is what you make it. And this team, gives us all the hope, joy and perspective associated with outstanding recovery and happiness!!!!! I wish for you all great success.

First, I visited them on 7/23 after my Dr. visit with all my paperwork ready, I explained that it would be under worker's comp. I was told that it could take a week for an answer and that they would call me. I received a call that they were still waiting for approval, on 7/31 I received a call stating that they didn't have an answer yet. Today 8/1 I called to see if I could change my appointment for tomorrow 8/2 because I needed to be at the airport and wasn't sure that I could be there on time, the answer I got was "no we can't re-schedule you for next day because we just got your approval and we don't have any available openings for two weeks" I told the lady that I see if I could be there on time and hanged. I arrived to the appointment five (5) minutes late and was told that "I wasn't going to be tended today and that they could see me next Tuesday. As you can imagine I requested all documents that I have submitted over a week ago and left. Customer service is terrible and they don't care about helping the patient or the patient's health, you feel like you are just $$$$$$$ to them from the moment you talk to the women in front. I know is a business but come on, have some freaking pride!!! Will not recommend to anyone!!

The therapy is excellent! The receptionist is excellent! The office manager should not be allowed in contact with any clients!
