Standard interaction with the pharmacy; Me; "I've come to get [Insert medication here.]" Them; "Sorry, we don't have it." Me; "I need it to like, live, I guess?" Them; "Okay, we'll have it eventually." Currently, I really don't know why I use them. I most likely will not in the near future.

I had a script filled this week, and the staff was perfectly pleasant and professional. I obviously did not have the same experience as the other reviewers. Also, my prescription was ready in a matter of minutes. I have no complaints, and I just want to remind everyone to support local small businesses.

Beware, THEY FILLED MY PERSCRIPTION WRONG! WRONG MEDICATION, DOSAGE WAS HALF STRENGTH THAN WHAT WAS WRITTEN BY MY DOCTOR INCOMPETENT. DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE LIKE I DID. Oh, and when I informed them that it was filled wrong,they had a bad attitude, almost insinuating that I was lying! How unprofessional is that? I believe it was the owner/manager.Some tall guy with an earring. Please, do yourself a favor and take your business to an establishment that earns your business and respect!

Terrible business, unprofessional, can't believe this place has been in business as long as it has. Long wait, no privacy and no parking! Actually it has parking but I was told by my cashier that the owners themselves park in the lot instead of giving them up for the customers. Ironically, they enforce a no parking in the lot and around the front if the store for the employees..... Perfect example of do as I say but not as I do mentality. I had to park down past the post office and leave my sick parent in the car while I went to get his script on the way home from the Dr. I first tried the drive thru window but waited waited and waited for the line to move then gave up. The thing that really irked me was the lack of professionalism from the people counting pills behind the counter, it looked more like break/ fun time rather than work time then I asked for the manager and was told she wasn't there and nobody else was filling in...... Terrible terrible way to conduct business. I'm taking my parents prescriptions and business to the new beautiful rite aid around the corner from Alitons. It's beautiful, quiet and professional. Good luck Alitons, you need it.
