Food is terrible and nursing staff, in general, is very dismissive about administering pain medication. They blame it on the doctors, but do little to advocate for patients who are suffering with pain.

Father was brought in for debilitating back pain (he had fallen). Was left in a room for several hours without attendance, when I inquired if there was anything else they could do for him they simply said "we gave him as many pain meds as we can". The doctor proceeded to smirk at nurses as if it's some kind of joke. Such a disgrace!

I've been to their ER twice, once for myself and once for my child. This hospital cares, the staff was amazing both times, and I would highly recommend this place over ORMC. We have never gotten through an ER so quickly and efficiently while still receiving amazing care. Can't thank them enough!

I had horrible experience with this hospital and the stuff. I went there with my 2 year old daughter. she smashed her forehead and was crying nonstop. We were waiting for doctor to show up and check her almost 1 hour. Then finally he came, only one thing that he do on my daughters forehead was butterfly stitch, which came off while she was sleeping. I didn't had choice to take her to the hospital AGAIN next day, but I was not that stupid to go to Ben Secours, we went in Newton Hospital and she got 3 stitches, because wound was 12hours old and they couldn't butterfly stich her. After all of this "wonderful" and "memorable" experience with that so called "hospital" I received the bill for 3000$. Simply because, I visited they emergency room. This is very upsetting, after paying our insurances, taxes , bills, That's how we getting treated. Irine

Great hospital, I had to go due an emergency, the wait time was about 5 minutes, the staff was nice and knowledgeable, what's was interesting is they all gave a short biography about their qualifications, and the service was great, I was finished in under 30 minutes!
