Story

All About Animals Rescue is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization working to stop pet homelessness before it starts. The mission is clear; No More Homeless Pets. Founded in Michigan in 2005, we focus on the fundamentals; reducing overpopulation and facilitating health, education and adoption. We provide low-cost to no-cost, high quality, high volume, spay/neuter; affordable wellness care; community cat management solutions and pet adoption. We are the largest spay/neuter clinic in the United States and make our services available to the public, shelters, rescue community and municipalities.

All About Animals Rescue sterilized over 27,000 cats and dogs in 2016, including 5,000 community cats. 50,000 pets were seen for wellness care services. To reach more people and pets in need, we utilize pet transport vans and a mobile spay/neuter unit, in addition to the stationary spay/neuter clinics located in Warren and Flint. The rescue also offers four wellness centers; Auburn Hills, Detroit, Flint and Warren.

BEST place to go for all of your pets needs. From vaccinations to spay/neuter, prices are extremely affordable and the knowledgeable staff does a fantastic job with all the animals. I have a Pit Bull who hates having her nails cut and the staff here gets it done in minutes while somehow keeping her happy. On top of their already low costs, they also offer FREE spay/neuter clinics for different zip codes in Detroit. There is absolutely no reason to not have your pets fixed with what All About Animals offers. They do a wonderful job for pet parents AND our community. 5 stars!!!

I've had all my animals (5 cats) fixed here - both spayed and neutered - & they have done a GREAT JOB...my most recent Kitten was cryptic (one of his testicles didn't drop) so they had to do a more invasive surgery to go in and get it in order to neuter him. And everything went well. And of course I was worried about him because he's my baby and when I called to check on him the day of his surgery, it was closing time but they were still very helpful and didn't mind putting me at ease and checking on him to let me know that he was doing okay (cat stay overnight, where as dogs go home the same day of surgery).
But the prices are amazing & VERY helpful to those with low-income. (Cat's only $40 & dogs $80).
And they even have actual reputable vets that come in to do the surgeries, NOT student just practicing!

*But They REALLY care about animals here and I WOULD RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE NEEDING TO GET THEIR PETS FIXED, which EVERYONE SHOULD ABSOLUTELY DO!

~However, if you are not already giving your pet a flea treatment (such as "Advantage" or another flea drop treatment) you should do so- either before bringing your pet in OR u can just ask them to do it for you while your pet is there for a very small fee (only around like $8 I believe)... Only because of all the animals they treat; including feral cats brought in for TNR (Trap- Neuter- Release)... Which is an excellent program to help keep the feral cat population in check. But it's just a good precaution to avoid bringing any rouge fleas home with your pet.
•They also have a walk-in wellness clinic for low cost vaccines & other minor issues. But the website is very informative & helpful too.

I absolutely love All About Animals. I have taken all of my fur babies here. Was just there a week ago to get my new puppy his shots and a check up. Great, friendly and helpful staff. Very fast service. Also not to pricey either, but you still get great service. This is the first vet that I recommend to everyone.

Very nice people. Fast process. Just didn't like that they kept all the Cats lined up together as you signed them in. One cat sprayed near mine and upset mine a lot. Great prices tho.

Our 11 month old kitten Mittens was in need of spaying. At first we were told "We're all booked up." Then a week later our kitten went into heat, now in bout the second week of her heat she seemed to not be feeling good then I had to email All About Animals and was able to get her in bout two weeks sooner than originally scheduled. This next mistake shouldn't of happened, I got 2 emails saying Surgery is coming up for your pet and she may have already been spayed at this point... It was odd some woman called me and said "Why didn't you call to cancel!?" I said, "I did cancel. You guys misplace paperwork & need to get organized over there! I cancelled. I don't know why you are emailing twice and now calling me too?" Then I got another email saying Glad it got worked out. 
   We're all human. All About Animals is the best low-cost, affordable place for pets to be seen by a veterinarian. We forgive it all. Don't let what happened like this keep you from going to a genuinely caring place that loves animals.
