Dr West and staff were outstanding!!   My dog had an eye condition that became very serious. I brought her to my vet and they had informed me she was loosing her eyesight. She began to walk Into things and was not her normal self. I was devastated   I immediately brought her to Blue Pearl and Dr West treated her and how amazing she is back to herself catching her treats and not walking into  things.

This place is a huge rip off! Ask any reputable vet and they will tell you! My dog was attacked and was bit in the eye and we were forced to take him to an eye specialist and this was the only place that was within an hour of me that had any availability so my hands were tied. It was $170 just for the initial visit and they told me he needed a surgery that would likely cost $3,000!!!! I said I couldn't pay that price considering they offer no payment options so they told me to try some medications and come back in a week. All in all my initial visit here was $331. When I came back for the recheck they basically just said "yeah the eye needs to come out" and sent me on my way while charging me another $140! For NOTHING. They told me if I wanted to have the eye removed there it would be around $2000!!! I took my pup to my usual vet which is Wilson veterinary in Romeo and the procedure only cost $580! I can not believe that blue pearl was trying to charge me $2000!

Absolutely great! My dog got injured after fighting with a house mate and had her eye cut open. I was very upset and was looking for an emergency vet. My dogs are my babies and mean the world to me so taking them here was a big decision. After walking in I was at ease, the lady who greeted us was super nice, attentive and understanding.  The Dr. Came in and examined my dog and explained that she needed surgery.  They were amazing. They came out with a detailed bill before they did anything and explained everything that was going to happen. It was late at night when we were here and they told us the would keep her over night so we could get some rest. They called the following morning to let us know she was up and doing well. When we picked her up they explained her medication and what to expect. She is home and doing extremely well and her eye is healing great. The part that made me extremely happy with blue pearl is they called to check on her a couple days later.  I want to thank them for taking such great care of my baby and I recommend blue pearl!

Very cold and and unsympathetic. My poor dog was attacked and bit on the neck and needed emergency care. Long story short, they kept us uninformed for 4 hours and charged us $400 for a bandage and some pain meds because we couldn't pay the $1,200.00 that it would have cost at the vet the next day. They definitely do not care about animals here, they care about lining their wallets.

My cat  was having trouble breathing, and salivating a lot so I called to see if he should be brought in to be seen. The person who answered the phone was so nice and helpful. She answered all my questions but wasn't forceful and automatically telling me I have to bring him in. She told me that there was a procedure going on and to expect about an hour wait, but told me if I brought him to call ahead and let them know I was coming they could have paperwork ready and even though there was an hour wait to see the vet he would be seen by a vet tech and taken care. I really appreciate that they told me there was going to a long wait and didn't just pull a fast one on me. When I got there someone was there to meet me up front and took him right back for vitals since he was having trouble breathing. Once the vet came in he explained what could be going on, and what type of test he would like to run. Once he left a woman can into the room and broke down all the prices for the tests; it was expensive and I told her that. She then said well I can talk to the vet and see if he is stable and can go home and just to follow up with his normal vet tomorrow; which is what happend. It was really nice not to have them push all these tests on me just for money. And to top it all off they told me if he got worse again during the night I could bring him back and I wouldn't have to pay another initial exam fee (the fee is good for 24 hours!) The staff was very friendly, clean, and over all I had an excellent experience here! Thank you Blue Pearl Vet!
