I stored my stuff here for 5 months in two seperate units that weren't even next to each other. When I got my belongings out from one unit I found that mice had infested my daughters box spring and had also chewed about 6 quarter size holes in 2 of my couches. When I removed my stuff from my second unit I found that mice had been living in my fridge. When I called to complain the manager didn't care and denied having a mice issue. He even went on to tell me he was going to charge me $50 extra for not sweeping out my unit. When my husband went to go sweep the unit so we could get our $50 back they told him to leave or they would call the police. The manager and his wife continually hung up on me and told me "I had issues and needed help". They refused me the right to know the owners phone number. When I did find the owner number I called several times and left several messages and he never called back. He was just as bad as Ken and his wife. He defended his workers behavior (hanging up, calling me names, refusing his info). He basically was too busy, rich and cool to understand anything about customer satisfaction. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
