I loved and adored Ms. Penny.  Penny was very informative and precise with all of her details.  She also explain every detail and even offered to help me save upon registration for renting a space. I thoroughly enjoyed the service that was offered here. I was one of those customers that came in 10 minutes before closing. I can honestly say that Mrs Penny treated me as if I was the first customer of the day. She broke everything down to me and made sure I had all that I needed. She walked me through my paperwork and made sure I understood everything before signing. She was very friendly that gave me the much needed laugh that I needed. The facility was amazingly clean and easy to navigate through. The customer service was remarkable and in montgomery that is an lost art. So it was very refreshing to come in contact with a friendly and well organized establishment. I will defintely recommend this place to anyone who needs to have a storage. I give this 5 stars and 4 thumbs Up!!!!

This facility is very clean, cost effective, and secure. The managers Penny and Vickey are amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience I’ve ever had with a storage unit.. Vickey was so helpful and nice .. I would refer all my family and friends in need of a storage here thanks for being great

Excellent location, great rates,  convenient gate access hours, extremely clean facility and outstanding customer service provided by the current managers Penny & Vickey! Stop by and check out our current specials anytime M-F 9:30-6 or Sat 9-5:30. We would love to be your choice for storage. We offer climate controlled units as well as drive up units ranging in sizes from 5x5 to 15x30. We also store vehicles (certain conditions apply) So we're willing to bet we have exactly what you're looking for. We look forward to seeing you soon!
