Recently went in and waited for service for a while. No one ever showed up to help me. Ended up buying a stove in Littleton instead.

Great company and great support from the staff. Just had a quadrafire insert installed and the guys are very knowledgeable about what they are installing. I thought I had an issue with my stove and I called about what was going on and Jeremy went out of his way to give me samples of his logs that would really test the stove to make sure it wasn't the draft or the stove, ended up being my fuel as his product performed flawlessly in the stove and the stove reacted exactly the way it should have. I highly recommend this company and its staff.

Great place for all your pellet stove needs. I have been a customer for a couple of years and have never had a bad experience. Most recently I ordered a Ton on pellets to be delivered, not only were they delivered promptly but they were kind enough to put them up on the deck for us. Thank you for the great service!

the service was terrible. My fireplace which had intermediate issues before they came now will not work at all. He barely troubleshot the issues after he caused the pilot to go out. Didn't recommend any repair parts or how to get them repaired. Was rude and completely overcharged for the service. Would NEVER recommend or use again
