The all city taxi guy give my friend girl a young friend of mine my amica the ride last week. he take her somewhere she dont know where, a ride to the wrong place, la zona the wrong area. 

She say to him its not right place he says he can take her but sara or it cost another fare to pay. He force her to pay $38 for II suo errore. This driver non è giusto take advantage of questa ragazza innocente. My amici my friends don't pay your money and ride and get derubati with questo ladro, or as they say in english this thief

This business is exactly why Uber is destroying the Taxi industry. Called for a ride, told me it would be 30 minutes. An hour later we were still at the bar. We decided to get an Uber (which just became legal in Wyoming) so I called to cancel and they didn't pick up the phone. They also never called us to tell us they had arrived, so it appears they just forgot about us. Irksome to say the least.

This guy charged $35 one time $55 the next time for same trip, same distance, different day, different visit. Shows he don't remember but i remembered. He answers the phone when he wants and takes forever to actually show up and get you. I think he's an Obama & Clinton supporter, said terrible thingys about Trump.

Yesterday My husband call a taxi to make appointment for today 9:15 am for get a greyhound bus at rock springs but the taxi not come to pick up him and still charge his money , we call to ask (9:25am)what happens the driver (Jeff) firstly told us have taxi coming on the way, after 20 min still no taxi come and My husband call back to ask where is the taxi he said he  send a taxi already at 4:15 am but we know he have telling lie because we ask him what address you send the taxi he just can told us is Idaho st , don't know the number, how to send the taxi ?We ask to cancel appointment and refund , he say No !
