I called the day before I needed their service for the company I work for. Needed the taxi at a specific time and was assured the driver would be there. Paid for the ride in advance with a healthy tip. The next morning at the agreed time--no taxi. When I called and spoke to the same person that I booked the ride with I was told they were on their way. This was after they were 10 minutes late. When I said "What time is 7 a.m.?, that is when the ride is supposed to be here?" I was told "Well if you are going to have an attitude then I will refund your money and cancel the ride!" I told her no it was important that I have a taxi as soon as possible and is the driver on their way... they hung up on on me. After several attempts to call back, each time the call went to voice message, I called partner company--they told me the driver was on their way. They were 40 mins. late and this was a very sensitive employee issue. Very unprofessional!!!

Great conversation, safe driver prompt, early, responsive, im glad i chose them. Like commenters i will highly recommend them. They've been around a while, changed out their cab a few times, they want to get a newer one, a better one. These guys they came and got me when no one else would. I had to make errands and no none of the others would come get me, they wouldn't answer even and when they do they charge way too much $15, $18, $25 way too much. These guys reasonably priced, I didn't feel rushed while I shopped, they took care of me, good care, glad I found them.

stars i called 2 hours before i needed to go and they never showed up. Poor service. And when i called they sent me to voicemail.
